So the chickens may have gone to the farm, the ducks may have flown away but at least I have some cross stitch to fall back on.
Eventually this will be a Christmas tree.
I have spent this crazy wi,yet catching up on my mending (we have a new puppy, so the is much to be mending), knitting and trying my hand at some cross stitch.

This is my first one, in years. Out of no where I found #HousewivesofCrossStitch, and loved it. After that I was like, I can do that. Then I tried my second one...
I screwed up Noel, the spacing.😔 and was like . mmm, no.
Then I found this whimsical Christmas tree and was like... Even if. I screwed up no one would know.. And I was rich. Because I have screwed up and it is barely noticeable.
This beautiful Christmas tree will be very forgiving in the spaces where I don't know how to count.
That's Priscilla and Chelsea for getting me going.
